What payment means do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Laser, ROI Visa, Maestro, and Paypal.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged once we ensure your product is in stock and ready to ship.

What do you consider my billing address?

Your billing address is the same address information on file with your credit card company. When entering this information during the checkout process it is important that you enter this information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If the information is not accurate, your card may be declined

Do you charge VAT?

VAT of 23% is charged to all customers. EU customers based outside Ireland can submit a valid VAT number to have their VAT charged at 0%

What will I be charged for shipping?

For all nationwide deliveries the price is €6.99 for any sized order.

Who will deliver my orders?

Courier delivered by Fastway.

How long will it take for my item to reach me?

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3PM, and some placed between 3 and 4PM are shipped the same day and delivered the next. We don’t deliver on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed and prepared for shipment you will receive an email with a tracking code, this is trackable via www.fastway.ie after 7PM on the day of shipment.

What should I do if my shipment never arrives?

Please allow up to 3 days for your item to be delivered. If it still does not arrive, please reach us by clicking the ‘Contact Us’ button on the website.

How do I ship items to a different address?

During our checkout process, specify where you want your product shipped. It can be different from your credit card billing address.
